Appliquéd white T shirt for boy or girl. (it's all depends on what appliqué you put on) 

Any appliqué you want. I can draw them for you. (hopefully not too hard to draw :) )

Snap button closure on left shoulder. If you don't like the button closure, we can make it regular T shirt. Just thought a little extra to make it cuter.
